Service Description
Secure remote online notarization services completed via NYS approved audio-visual technology. This service allows eligible documents such as affidavits, acknowledgments, powers of attorney, and sworn statements to be notarized electronically. Valid un-expired government issued identification and a device with audio and video capability are required. Pricing is $25 per notarial act.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a partial (50%) refund and no-shows are non-refundable. Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
