Service Description
Mobile notary services for healthcare and care facility settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospice environments. This package includes travel up to 20 miles within the service area, service fee, up to 5 notarizations, and 2 signers. Requests exceeding the listed inclusions will be reflected in the final invoice prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a partial (50%) refund and no-shows are non-refundable. Payment is required to confirm your appointment.
